Premier Storage Solutions is actively seeking expansion opportunities through acquisition and development of new facilities in strategic markets in the Northeast. Potential acquisitions must meet the following requirements:

  • Existing buildings from 45,000 to 100,000 square feet or raw land with the ability to build a new self-storage facility from 45,000 to 100,000 square feet.
  • Well located with good accessibility, freeway visibility a plus.
  • Street frontage and/or visibility on an arterial with a minimum volume of 20,000 vehicles per day.
  • Population density of at least 150,000 within a five mile radius.

  • Brooklyn
  • Queens
  • Staten Island
  • Bronx
  • Southern Westchester
  • Long Island
  • Southwestern Connecticut
